Safe Harbor Your Project with Trackers

With shifting ITC rules and the OBBB Act’s phase-out, developers face a narrow window to safe harbor projects. Nevados’ FEOC-compliant TRACE Trackers offer a reliable path to lock in tax credits, meet “Start Construction” rules, and avoid costly delays. Act now to secure incentives and gain time to finalize design, financing, and compliance.

Q&A | What’s next in solar tracker innovation?

As part of our 2025 Ground-Mount BOS Buyer’s Guide, Solar Builder consulted the top mounting experts in the solar industry to discuss upcoming innovations for tracker systems. Here is what they had to say.

Nevados takes home two E+E Leader Top Project Awards, for TRACE™ solar tracker that tackles the toughest terrain

Nevados Engineering has been honored with two Environment + Energy Leader Top Project Awards for its innovative all-terrain solar tracker, TRACE. This recognition highlights TRACE’s capability to adapt to challenging terrains, minimizing the need for extensive land grading and thereby reducing environmental impact. The awards underscore Nevados’ commitment to advancing sustainable solar energy solutions.

Decreasing Installation Time and Cost with Nevados

The renewable energy sector is surging forward, thanks to the support of government initiatives like the Inflation Reduction Act and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Bill. But while grants and subsidies pave the way for growth, the industry is grappling with a significant bottleneck: a 500,000-strong skilled labor shortage that delays solar projects and inflates costs.

Nevados’ TRACE™ All Terrain Tracker® wins

Nevados Engineering Inc.‘s TRACE™ All Terrain Tracker® has been awarded “Best in Show” in the Large-Scale category of Solar Power World’s 2024 Top Products contest. This recognition highlights the industry’s acceptance of a system that enables solar project development without the need for land grading, preserving topsoil and accommodating complex terrains.
